How to installation your led display?

There are couple ways of installation for LED display product. Such as unipole type, double-column type, hanging type, wall embedded type, wall mounted type, building roof type, etc. Different types of installation need different types of frame. More and more users have realized the frame is also very important to the screen. If the design of the frame is very unique and extraordinary, it will also attract many attention. Meanwhile, we also need to consider if the screen will be maintained from its back or front. After the screen is installed, it will be very hard to change the design of installation. So before we start to install the LED display, we need to plan well for the led display structure frame.

1.Unipole type and double-column type.

For these two types, normally they are for outdoor LED display products. For unipole type, normally the size of screen should be less than 30sqm. For double-column type, it could hold the size about 100sqm maximum. They are the most common outdoor LED display installation type.

2. Wall embedded type.

For this type, it is mostly for indoor LED screen. For this type, it requires that the wall must be the solid concrete. As the LED screen will be embedded inside the wall, so there will be no space in the back for maintenance. For this type, the LED screen must used front access design.

3. Wall mount type.

For this type, the frame will be fixed on the wall and it also is the most common installation way for both outdoor LED screen and indoor LED screen. Meanwhile, the screen requires light weight, the total weight of the screen including the weight of the frame can't be heavier than the maximum load-bearing weight of the wall.

4. Hanging type.

The hanging type screen mostly is for indoor screen and semi-outdoor screen. For this type, the screen needs to be light weight, and the design of the LED panel should be able to be hung. When the screen is installed outdoor or even semi-outdoor, the wind force should be calculated for the safety consideration.

5. Building roof type.

For this type of installation, the viewing angle is very important. So the screen should be facing the main street. Meanwhile, the maximum viewing distance should also be in consideration. The maximum viewing distance is based on the screen size. The bigger screen size is, the further maximum viewing distance. What's more, the building roof sometimes could be very windy. So the welding of the frame must be secured.
